KHG Repair Service

Repair service for the KHG Controller and Monitor.   

Service cost: $120 - Return ground shipping* (from CoralVue back to you) is included.
Turnaround time: 3-4 business days AFTER the unit arrives at our location.
Warranty: ONE (1) year from the date of repair

IMPORTANT: Service DOES NOT include replacement of the pH probe, dosing pump heads or reagent.

 * US only; Excludes HI, AK, Puerto Rico, and all other US territories outside the 48 contiguous states.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID RMA NUMBER.  If you don't have one, please head over to www.coralvue.com/support and submit a ticket to obtain one. The unit will NOT be serviced WITHOUT a valid RMA number.
2. Ship the product in proper shipping material.  Be sure to insure the shipment, as CoralVue and Dr. Bridge ARE NOT responsible for any damages suffered during shipping.
3. Include a copy of your "KHG Repair Service" paid invoice and your return shipping address in the box.
4. Ship the base unit but DO NOT ship the pH probe, lines, reagent, or power supply.  pH probes ARE NOT included in this service.  If you have a bad pH probe, you must purchase a replacement.
   
5. pH Calibration fluid is NOT included with the repaired unit.  You will need to recalibrate the probe.
