IceCap 430 and 660 Fluorescent Ballasts Repair

Repair cost: $75 - Return shipping from CoralVue back to you is included (US only; Excludes HI, AK, Puerto Rico, and all other US territories outside the adjacent 48)
Turnaround time: 3-4 business days AFTER the ballast arrives at our location.
Warranty: ONE (1) year from the date of repair

IMPORTANT: If the circuit board is beyond repair, a new one can be installed for $90.00 and would be warranted for TWO (2) years from the repair date.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID RMA NUMBER.  If you don't have one, please head over to www.coralvue.com/support and submit a ticket to obtain one. The unit will NOT be serviced WITHOUT a valid RMA number.
2. Ship the product in proper shipping material (peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.).  Be sure to insure the shipment, as CoralVue and IceCap ARE NOT responsible for any damages suffered during shipping.
3. Include a copy of your "IceCap Repair Service" paid invoice and your return shipping address in the box.
4. Ship the entire unit but DO NOT ship the power supply.  Power supply IS NOT included in this service.  If you have a bad power supply, you must purchase a replacement.
